Godfried Daneels (Belgium).
For fans of W.C. Fields, this is simply too good to pass up. I hereby wish to adjust my desires to see Herr Daneels elected Pope. That way, whenever I see him, I can do a stock double take and mutter nasally "Godfried Daneels." Huzzah!
