I Know

I've complained before about "human interest" stories that clutter up the news (and for what it's worth, why exactly is a sporting event all that different from a performance at a theater, really?), but this story is one I've been following in the news over the last couple of days.

I really, really, really, really, really, really, really hope this has a happy ending, but I'm kinda not optimistic.

AP reported not too long ago that officials have decided to euthanize the poor thing. I wish there was a happy ending, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans.

Rest in Peace, little guy.
