When I saw the news this morning that Charlton Heston had died, my first thought was, I thought he died last year. Not exactly a publicist's dream. Oh well.
At any rate, for complete and utter hysterical laughs, rent The Omega Man sometime.
It includes such awesome lines of dialogue as this one, spoken by a character known as Black Power Lisa:
It's OK, Tommy. This is the man... and I mean "The Man," but he's cool.
Anyway, I suppose you could always break out the handguns and have yourself a 21 gun salute. Whatever.
